• Free reschedules for all direct bookings if affected by coronavirus
• We guarantee you a full refund in the event of government restrictions (further lockdowns, Tier changes, travel restrictions) that prevent your stay
• Guaranteed no price increase for a rescheduled stay, even in a different year, provided it is in the same season (high, mid, low - see our rates for dates)
• No additional charges for coronavirus cleaning, no matter how much it costs us

Coronavirus Hygiene Guarantee -Your Safety is Paramount

• Full coronavirus risk assessment and enhanced cleaning protocols in place
• Hand sanitiser in main communal areas
• Careful contactless welcome outside the house with zoom or whatsapp call to help you settle in on request
• Digital house manual 
• We use a regular, reputable cleaning company and have the same team in for every clean
• We promise to clean in EXCESS of any government guidelines
• We guarantee that there will be a gap between stays to EXCEED the minimum time required to ensure effective cleaning and safety of our guests  

We also guarantee that we will not allow any person to enter the property unless it is safe and legal to do so.
