• Free reschedules for all direct bookings if affected by coronavirus or any other pandemic
• We guarantee you a full refund in the event of government restrictions (further lockdowns, Tier changes, travel restrictions) that prevent your stay
• Guaranteed no price increase for a rescheduled stay, even in a different year, provided it is in the same season (high, mid, low - see our rates for dates)
• No additional charges for specialist cleaning, no matter how much it costs us

Hygiene Guarantee -Your Safety is Paramount

• Enhanced cleaning protocols in place
• Digital house manual 
• We use a regular, reputable cleaning company and have the same team in for every clean
• We promise to clean in EXCESS of any government guidelines
• We guarantee that there will be a gap between stays to EXCEED the minimum time required to ensure effective cleaning and safety of our guests  

We also guarantee that we will not allow any person to enter the property unless it is safe and legal to do so.
